Driving Directions to Baptist-Carroll County Hospital

From Nashville: Take I-40 to exit 108. Turn right and follow Hwy. 22 N to Huntingdon/Camden exit (approx. 15 miles). After going through three (3) four-way stops, Baptist Carroll County will be on the left.

Hospital Chapel

Located across from the main nurse’s station, the hospital chapel is open 24 hours a day and offers a quiet place for prayer and meditation. We believe spiritual well-being contributes to overall physical health. We encourage our patients and their families to use the hospital chapel and pastoral care services as an extension of their health care services at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Carroll County.The hospital chapel, open 24 hours a day, is located across from the main nurse's station.

In 2015, Baptist Memorial Hospital-Carroll County was awarded accreditation from the Joint Commission, the nation’s oldest and largest standards-setting and accrediting body in health care, earning their Gold Seal of Approval.   • Baptist Memorial Hospital-Carroll County was the first health care facility in the county to receive a Tennessee Quality Award.
  • The hospital received a QUEST® award in 2021 for consistent outstanding patient care by Premier, Inc., a leading healthcare improvement alliance of approximately 4,400 U.S. hospitals and health systems and more than 225,000 other providers and organizations. Baptist Carroll County also won this award in 2017.
  • Baptist Carroll County Outpatient Diagnostic Center in McKenzie earned its accreditation in CT, MRI and Nuclear Medicine by the American College of Radiology.
  • BMH-Carroll County's laboratory was awarded accreditation from the prestigious College of American Pathologists Accreditation Committee, based on results of an on-site inspection as part of the CAP's Accreditation Programs.
  • Our Chest Pain Center was awarded accreditation from the American College of Cardiology.
  • Baptist Carroll County is one of only eight hospitals statewide to receive the Tennessee Hospital Association’s first Zero Harm Award, a new initiative recognizing outstanding achievements in patient safety across Tennessee hospitals.
